Spiritus breathwork is a way of turning down the noise of your mind, bringing you deep into your body and allowing your body to talk and commune with you.

This is an invitation to create a deeper relationship with yourself, to feel back into your innate wisdom and your undomesticated original nature and to become more aligned with who you truly are.

This conscious connected breathwork has its roots in shamanic realms and trauma and somatic release. The breathwork interrupts your autonomic nervous system, allowing you to access your subconscious, bringing you into altered states of consciousness, an avenue where you can release fear, anxiety, subconscious sabotaging patterns, beliefs that no longer align with you, a chance to reset and rewire your nervous system.
